We collect what you give us and nothing more.
If you enter your email for a Monday list, we use it to send the list you asked for - after you click the confirmation link we email you - and every email we send carries a working one-click unsubscribe.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which quietly checks that a submission comes from a person - no puzzle to solve, and no tracking across sites either. There are no ad trackers here.
02 Letter recipients
If you received a letter from one of our customers
The letter came from a business that uses Blaze Agent to send it - a CPA, an insurance agent, a freight factor. It was addressed to your business because your business appears in a public government record: a state business formation filing. The sources page lists every record we read.
What we hold about your business is what the public record already says - name, business address, filing details - plus the fact that a letter was sent. We do not look up personal cell numbers or personal email addresses, and we never sell your information.

03 Response paths
The phone number and QR code on the letter
They belong to us and connect you to the professional who sent the letter.
- Call
- When you call, the call forwards to their office. Calls are not recorded.
- Text
- When you text, your message is relayed to them, and their reply comes from the same number. If you text STOP, you will not be texted again.
- QR
- When you scan the QR code, we log the visit.
We keep these records so the sender knows their letter reached you.
A scan, call, or text shows a response through that channel. It does not prove that every mailed letter was delivered.
